satisfied for any reason and you have consulted with our
Customer Service advisors to make sure you are taking full
advantage of all Bosom Max products, we encourage you
to return the empty containers for a full refund of your
purchase price (less shipping & handling).

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied after using Bosom Max properly
for 90 days, simply return your empty creams and capsules containers within 97 days of receiving
your order (90-day trial + 7 days for return shipping), and we will refund you your purchase price,
excluding shipping & handling (shipping & handling costs are non-refundable).

Returns must be received no more than 97-days from the date you receive your order to be eligible
for a refund, and you must call our Customer Service Dept. for a return authorization number before
sending back any products to be eligible for a refund. No partial refunds will be issued, only refunds
for the complete Bosom Max order returned.

Please do not ship any products back after the 97-day refund period has expired, as we will not be
able to provide a refund/credit or ship the product back to you after the refund period has expired.
Refunds are limited to one order per customer.

MASSAGING BRA LIMITED WARRANTY:
The Bosom Max Massaging Bra carries a 90-day warranty against any manufacturer defects and
malfunctions, and a warranty card is included with every unit. The warranty card must be filled out
and mailed within 15 days of receiving the respective Bosom Max Treatment in order for the product
to be covered under manufacturer’s warranty. Excluded from this limited warranty are any damages
to the Bosom Max Massaging Bra caused by abuse, neglect, or by any use other than intended and
according to the specific product directions.

Due to the intimate nature of this product, and to eliminate possible hygiene and health problems,
the Bosom Max Massaging Bra cannot be returned once it has been worn. However, it may be
exchanged for another in the event that the product is deemed defective.

Any defective items must be immediately reported to our Customer Service Department. In such
cases an exchange authorization will be issued, and the company will cover the cost of shipping a
new replacement unit to you. But that replacement will only be shipped once the defective item has
been returned.
